PHA-Exch> KABISSA IS CLOSING ITS LISTSERVER HOSTING FUNCTION

 In the next week I will be having to make a decision where to move
pha-exchange to.
One suggestion has been to use the University of New South Wales in
Australia which uses the same software (Mailman); another is Google.
 I'd appreciate any of our reader's experinece in relation to where to house
pha-exchange.  Just drop me a line.
