PHA-Exch> New journal in global health

[Miguel San Sebastian]

/Global Health Action /is an Open Access peer-reviewed scholarly journal 
published by Co-Action Publishing in association with the Umeå Centre 
for Global Health Research, Sweden.

/Global Health Action/ aims to contribute to fuelling a more concrete, 
hands-on approach to global health challenges. The journal particularly 
invites articles from low- and mid-income countries, while also 
welcoming South-South and South-North collaborations. All papers are 
expected to address a global agenda and include a strong implementation 
or policy component.

*Topics covered: *Health information, Health determinants, Health 
interventions, Environmental change, Health and gender systems

*Types of papers: *Original research, short communications, depate 
pieces, study design articles

The journal is led by Chief Editor Stig Wall and Deputy Editor Peter Byass.

Researchers are welcome to register to receive e-alerts as new content 
is published, submit articles, and access the journal at: 
www.globalhealthaction.net.

The editorial team provides mentors for those authors who submit a 
promising manuscript, but who require some assistance to bring it up to 
international standards for publication.
