During last week's debate with John McCain, Barack Obama said categorically that health care was a right (in contrast with McCain, who said it was a responsibility). Might this be a useful opportunity to try and extract a commitment from Obama for formal recognition of the Right to Health (or at least to health care) by the US during his Presidency, if elected?
