I agree this is a significant improvement compared to the Sachs-led report.
Well, no wonder!!! Sachs's ideas (and disastrous policies in Russia for
example) are actually part of the problem rather than the solution.

Has the little coverage of the report in the US something to do with this
significant breakthroughs? I think so.
