PHA-Exch> The Elders' initiative for signing up for the UDHR

Here is a call from Elders of the World (incl. Kofi Annan, Mary Robinson,
Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela) to sign up the UDHR to commemorate 60th
anniversary of UDHR.
So far, the progress made to collect signature has been very slow. It is a
bit worrying that if these Elders could not get much signatures, it may look
very negative not only for the Elders but as human rights message (can be
understood explicit rejection of or indifference to human rights value).
Thus please spread the word on this site as wide as possible to facilitate
the initiative. (Of course, provided you agree with their initiative.)
