PHA-Exchange> About PHM: Important set of PHM meetings coming up this week

March 23-25 sees the holding of the 2nd PHM India National Health Assembly (NHA2). 2,000 participants are expected coming from all over India and other countries in the region. It will be held in the city of Bhopal.

The opportunity is being taken to hold an extraordinary meeting of PHM's Steering Group March 26-27.

Also, a two-day session of the International People's Health University (IPHU) is being covened March 23-24 to train 20 young PHM cadres from al over the world.

NHA2 will culminate with a Tricontinental dialogue that will explore the worldwide experiences on Globalization and how it has subverted public health progress.

Among other, PHM's Ritght to Health and Right to Water campaigns will be advanced during the meetings.
