An intriguing reply, especially in light of the admission of the 'Bank's view' that public and private sectors 'can be key partners in delivering sustainable and affordable health care.' Perhaps someone should ask Mr. Wolfowitz, as head of a 'knowledge bank' so keen to base its policies on evidence, where exists the weight of evidence for this claim?
