PHA-Exchange> WSF Caracas Airport update

Dear all

Further to our last mail, the WSF Caracas organisers are hoping to have
transport available for arriving participants at the airport from the
22nd January onwards. However, such transport will not be available
after 10 PM, and potentially earlier. Full details should be available
on the WSF website (although this has been having a few problems):
