The best method of communication in PHM is as follows:

1. If it is general news, report of an event or initiative, announcement of an event that you are involved with or in your country/region etc, send it to Claudio directly to put on the exchange  claudio at hcmc.netnam.vn 
  
2.If it has some specific PHM linkage or association mark an additional copy to Wim for the PHM website (wim.deceukelaire at intal.be)


3. If the matter has PHM organisational relevance or is an idea or comment from your region or from you  send it  to the secretariat at secretariat at phmovement.org


5. If it is confidential in some way or an issue of concern then do not mark it to any of the larger circles of communicaiton but mark it to Prem at the secretariat address or to  ravi at phmovement.org, or whoever  specifically you want to sound out.
