PHA-Exchange> Bangkok Charter 3

I want to remind all our members that several of us at PHM reviewed the
wording 
of the Charter already 2 months ago. We decided a French NGO (forget the
name)
should take the lead in this. We submitted our suggested changes then. I
want 
to assume that they used the material we sent them, but evidently....to no 
avail. It seems the latest text is worse.
Perhaps PHM should send an open letter to organizres of the Bangkok
meeeting. 
Do we know who? Nance, do you know?
