 Dear Colleagues,

 The Water Sanitation and Health Unit at the World Health Organization is
 pleased to announce and launch, on behalf of UN-Water, "Celebrating
 Water for Life: The International Decade for Action 2005-2015" advocacy
 guide in English .  The advocacy guide is a comprehensive resource
 intended to support and facilitate national and local celebrations and
 provides all partners and organizations with a tool to mark and
 celebrate the Decade on World Water Day, 22 March 2005.   Most
 importantly, the decade is geared to help achieve the
 internationally-agreed water-related goals, i.e to halve by 2015 the
 proportion of people who are unable to reach or afford safe
 drinking-water and who do not have access to basic sanitation.
