On this subject:
WHO DG J.W. Lee announced at the opening of the Executive Board meeting
that 2005 would be spend working on the issue of lack of human
ressources in health care systems in poor countries and that this will
be the theme of the 2006 World Health Report.
This is an area where PHM can play an important role in collaboration
with other partners such as the Trade Unions.
