Dear friends around the Indian Ocean
It is with deep sadness and concern that we heard and follow the tragedy
suffered by your people because of the earthquake, tidal waves and
aftermaths. We are greatly saddened by the loss of life, injuries, and
widespread damage to these areas. 
I extend my condolences to all those touched by this tragedy.
The Palestinian people share great concern and sympathy for those
families and individuals who lost their loved ones, their homes and
possessions.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and
friends.
