United Nations Special Rapporteur calls for independent enquiry into war
crimes [en]

[en] According to the Special Rapporteur on the right to health of the
United Nations Commission on Human Rights, Paul Hunt, the allegations of
US-led troops' breaches of international humanitarian and human rights law
in Falluja are credible. These allegations include occupying Falluja's main
hospital and firing upon ambulances. He calls for an independent
investigation.

Both in Palestine and Iraq ambulances are under fire [en]

[en] Intentionally shooting at ambulances, occupation troops in Iraq and
Palestine demonstrate their utter disregard for International Humanitarian
Law. According to the Geneva Conventions, the medical mission benefits from
special protection. Wounded and sick people as well as medical facilities,
vehicles and personnel must not be attacked but respected and protected at
all times.

Iraqi doctors, health minister confirm US war crimes [en]

[en] Iraqi doctors confirmed that US occupation troops are hampering medical
relief work and indiscriminately killing non-combatants. Moreover, the Iraqi
minister of health acknowledged that US troops intentionally shoot at
ambulances, not only in Fallujah but also in other places.

war crimes by US Occupation Forces during the ongoing siege of Fallujah,
Iraq. Ambulances have been shot; unarmed civilians, including women and
