AIFO/Italy is looking for a consultant facilitator for evaluation of
community and primary health care related aspects of a community development
project in Kathmandu and some rural areas of Nepal. 

Ideally the person should be from Nepal or neighbouring countries with
knowledge of Nepalese, a background in community and primary health care and
experience in participatory methodologies. The person will be required to
prepare a detailed report of the evaluation in English, thus experience in
writing analytical reports will be given preference.

The total duration of the consultancy will be for about 15 days during
second half of 2004 (probably in second half of October or beginning of
November).
