The International People's Health Council and Medact have launched a clearinghouse on the politics and economics of international health. This comprises a website (the global economics and health folder at www.medact.org) and a monthly e-mail bulletin. Associated resources are also available at www.iphcglobal.org. 

The first two monthly bulletins are already available on the Medact website at http://www.medact.org/tbx/pages/sub.cfm?id=810. You can sign up to receive future ones by sending an e-mail to mikerowson at medact.org 

The areas which will be covered over the next six months include:

* Globalisation and health
* New international aid instruments and health
* Commercialisation and health
* Summaries and critiques of the World Health Report 2003 and World Development Report 2004
* Health professional migration
* Health and poverty reduction strategies
