The Honourable Susan Whelan, Minister for International Cooperation,  
today
announced that Canada, through the Canadian International Development  
Agency
(CIDA), will contribute up to $100 million over five years to strengthen
African-led strategies and programs for the care, treatment, support and
prevention of HIV/AIDS.
