PHA-Exchange> definition of SPHC

Dear PHA readers,
I wish to know from PHA readers, if there is an agreed definition of
Selective Primary Health Care? And if so, is the definition accepted by WHO?
If not can we develop an accepted definition by all of us and then probably,
we can lobby on the issue, at WHO for accepting the definition.
I seek your thoughts on this issue.
