Greetings from Community Health Cell!

I fully agree with Zafarullah’s suggestions. There is enough in the PANA
news item to evolve a short, strongly worded letter to Ms.Carol Bellamy
and send it out on PHM Secretariat letterhead after circulating a draft
and getting WABA, HAI, CI, IPHC, WGNRR, ACHAN, DHF, GK okay -  The G8
and PHM must respond immediately.

We have been in touch with UNICEF representatives and staff here over
the last few months getting them to understand the UNICEF-anti Alma Ata
perspective. We need a UNICEF lobby circle but lets begin with this
letter. Who will take the initiative?
