Somewhat belatedly I have noticed that there was an error in this report
which went out to you. Appendixes 1 and 2 should be in the opposite order.
The current Appendix 1 (WSSD Global Forum: Health Commissions) should be
Appendix 2. Current Appendix 2 (NASREC Health Declaration) should be
Appendix 1.
